Stephen Sena
Mr. Sena works as an economic growth advisor for TCGI with experience in entrepreneurship assistance and SME and Business Association development in Armenia, Peru and Jordan. Mr. Sena also manages the firm’s partnering opportunities with other consultancies or NGOs performing market-oriented economic development work in areas such as SME growth, finance, and capital markets in emerging market and developing countries. Mr. Sena holds an MBA in International Business from Brandeis University.
In his work in Jordan and Peru, Mr. Sena has drawn on his management background in small family-owned service and manufacturing businesses to assist owners and managers of SMEs and Business Service Organizations in resolving strategic operational, financial, and marketing challenges. In Jordan, Mr. Sena developed a plan to expand a business incubator program into an outsourcing service through partnerships with Jordanian municipalities as a means to promote entrepreneurship beyond the capital while providing an opportunity to leverage donor resources, reduce duplicity, and achieve economies of scale.
Mr. Sena is engaged as a Strategic Partnership Volunteer with the World Computer Exchange developing strategies and partnerships for environmentally sustainable, community-based ITC for education programs in emerging market economies. In this role Mr. Sena works directly with the president of a volunteer-based NGO with global operations.
