Ms.
Emily Raynor has more than eight years of professional experience
in business, finance and international development in a variety
of organizations. Currently, at TCGI, Emily is a Finance Advisor
working on the United States Agency for International Development’s
(USAID’s) Development Credit Authority (DCA) and Micro
and Small Enterprise Development (MSED) programs as well as
the USAID Ecolinks contract. For the North American Development
Bank (NAD Bank), Emily served as a Project Development Contractor
where she developed a financial model for the grant allocation
of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Border
Environmental Infrastructure Fund (BEIF) administered by the
NAD Bank. Before that, she served as an Environmental Business
Advisor for a Jamaican NGO focusing on environmentally friendly
and economically sustainable community initiatives. With American
Express Financial Advisors, Emily was able to build her financial
management capabilities producing in-depth financial plans
and making investment recommendations to clientele. Emily
holds a Master in Business Administration from St. Mary’s
University in San Antonio, Texas.
